LYS is in full compliance with FDA regulations as well as the European Union’s 8th Amendment Cosmetic Directive and the requirements for safety in all the countries in which our products are sold.
LYS products have been thoroughly tested and approved for use. A full 30 day in-use test was conducted for Universal C Skin Refiner, and Universal Pro-Bio Moisture Boost Cream, supervised by an independent Clinical laboratory, yielding excellent skin compatibility, without any unwanted reactions. Our products were also Dermatologist and allergy tested, without any reactions.
We carefully select our ingredients to ensure the best results for your skin. Some of our products may contain silicones, but we’re always transparent about our formulations. You can check the ingredients list on our packaging or website.
Our products are formulated with safety in mind, but we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any new skincare products during pregnancy or nursing.

We currently accept the following forms of payment: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Venmo, PayPal and Apple Pay. If you do not see your specific payment method in the dropdown menu at checkout, we do not accept that method of payment at this time. Due to security reasons and our current payment processing abilities, we only accept credit cards with a valid U.S. billing address. We do not accept any international payment methods at this time.
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Sales tax is required by law and varies based on your location. It’s automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

Return shipping costs are typically covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error. We advise you to return it in the same package you received it in. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We’ll provide you with all the details when you start the return process.
All products must be returned to the return facility address provided by our customer service team, otherwise we may reject your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Returns will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the returned item at the returns facility.
Once the return has been processed, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment that was used when placing your order. For orders made by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next bank statement of the card.
The time of processing may vary depending on the issuing company of the credit card. This time generally takes up to 45 working days.
Refunds are processed in the same currency of the original order. Possible differences for the refunded amount may depend on the currency exchange rate at the time the refund is processed and will not be refunded.
