Deliver Time:

The delivery time within the USA ranges from 3-4 business days, depending on the location.
For international orders, the delivery time ranges from 7-10 business days, depending on the country.

What kind of product safety testing do you do?

We are committed to upholding the highest standards of safety. We adhere to the most rigorous standards for product safety so that our customers can purchase and use our products with complete confidence. LYS is in full compliance with FDA regulations as well as the European Union’s 8th Amendment Cosmetic Directive and the requirements for safety in all the countries in which our products are sold.

LYS products have been thoroughly tested and approved for use. A full 30 day in-use test was conducted for Universal C Skin Refiner, and Universal Pro-Bio Moisture Boost Cream, supervised by an independent Clinical laboratory, yielding excellent skin compatibility, without any unwanted reactions. Our products were also Dermatologist and allergy tested, without any reactions.

Do your products contain silicone?

We carefully select our ingredients to ensure the best results for your skin. Some of our products may contain silicones, but we’re always transparent about our formulations. You can check the ingredients list on our packaging or website.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or nursing?

Why is the expiration date only 1 year for our Vitamin C?
Our product contains pure vitamin C, which is the most effective form for skin whitening and boosting collagen production. However, pure vitamin C is also very fragile and easily oxidized, which can reduce its potency over time. To ensure you get the most powerful results, we provide fresh, ready-made batches with a shorter shelf life.

What are my payment choices?

We currently accept the following forms of payment: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Venmo, PayPal and Apple Pay. If you do not see your specific payment method in the dropdown menu at checkout, we do not accept that method of payment at this time. Due to security reasons and our current payment processing abilities, we only accept credit cards with a valid U.S. billing address. We do not accept any international payment methods at this time.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Why do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is required by law and varies based on your location. It’s automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

What is the Returns/Exchange policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from our website, we're here to help! To return your items, they must be in new, unused, and unopened condition. How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your LYS products. Please reach out to us through our [email protected] with your order number, name, and email address used when placing your order. We’ll take care of the rest!

Do I need to pay for shipping to return my order?

Return shipping costs are typically covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error. We advise you to return it in the same package you received it in. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We’ll provide you with all the details when you start the return process.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

All products must be returned to the return facility address provided by our customer service team, otherwise we may reject your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Returns will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the returned item at the returns facility.

Once the return has been processed, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment that was used when placing your order. For orders made by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next bank statement of the card.

The time of processing may vary depending on the issuing company of the credit card. This time generally takes up to 45 working days.

Refunds are processed in the same currency of the original order. Possible differences for the refunded amount may depend on the currency exchange rate at the time the refund is processed and will not be refunded.

When will my return credit appear on my account?
